Ingredients (4 persons)

  • 400 g bean sprouts
  • 4 chicory
  • 200 g baby leaves (salad type)
  • 400 g Dutch prawns
  • 200 g sunny tomatoes
  • 0.5 liter vinaigrette
  • Garden cress, chervil
  • Cocktail sauce


Remove the chicory leaves, to form boat shapes. Wash the leaves, and also the bean sprouts and baby leaves. Mix the cocktail sauce through the prawns and divide the mixture over the chicory leaves. Mix the baby leaves with the bean sprouts and bring to taste with the vinaigrette. Cut the sunny tomatoes in four and put them alongside the salad, together with the chicory and prawns.
