Our vision on food safety

Evers Specials is a recognized sprouts producer. Our EU-identification number is: 208518. We always work according to HACCP procedures. As a market leader, we offer our customers the best certainties when it comes to food safety, and quality assurance is an integral part of our business operations. To guarantee food safety, we focus on transparent communication, proactive actions and cooperation. For example, we advise customers and suppliers on food safety questions and we work together with industry partners to keep the food safety level in the entire sector at a continuously high level. 

Certificates

Companies in the sprouts sector can no longer be GlobalGAP certified. For this reason, associated GlobalGAP certificates, such as the AH protocol and GRASP, are no longer possible as well. Evers Specials and other sprout producers therefore do not have a GlobalGAP certificate.
